Christmas Shopping Specials 2007
This year Luas will be running Christmas Shopping
Specials on weekends throughout December; these are additional trams on
Saturday and Sundays to facilitate shoppers and offer them a fast,
convenient, reliable and comfortable trip to and from Dublin City
Centre.
Night Luas 2007
This Christmas Luas will again be running the Night
Luas service. Night Luas will run every 30mins with security personnel
on every tram until 3am or 3.30am; see info below.
Green Line trams will run until 3am Nov 30th, Dec 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 17th & 18th and until 3.30am Dec 14th, 15th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 31st.
Red Line trams will run until 3am Nov 30th, Dec 1st, 2nd, 7th, 8th, 14th,15th, 17th, 18th,19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 31st.
Night Luas tickets are €4 from Luas ticket machines
or customers can use Luas Smartcard €3.80; these are the only valid
tickets. The last Night Luas runs from the City Centre terminus only
and if stops are busy we encourage people to go to the terminus stop
(Connolly or St. Stephen's Green).
